3. Your application/proposal obligations
When proposing for an insurance with PanGlobal Insurance Berhad, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in the proposal form. If you do not fully and faithfully provide all the facts as you know or ought to know to PanGlobal Insurance Berhad, your policy may be invalidated and PanGlobal Insurance Berhad reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Web site.

When you register your proposal for insurance, you accept without limitation or qualification, all of these terms & conditions which take effect from the time of such registration

As per the ISO Quality Policy, PanGlobal Insurance is committed to provide safe and secure operations, reliable and quality services and comprehensive product information.

11. Notice
Notices to you as required under the insurance policy may be made via either e-mail or regular mail. The Web site may also provide notices of changes to the Terms of Service or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices to you generally on the Web site.

12. Payment of Premium
All our premiums are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The premiums will be deemed paid to us on the date your account is debited by the licensed financial institution or the company carrying on the payment card business, as the case maybe.

PanGlobal Insurance Berhad is registered with Citibank.

13. Commencement of Insurance Cover
The insurance proposed via the Service shall only commence from the date of issue of the policy or from the commencement date as stated in the policy. It shall not commence from the date of payment of premium or from the date of submission of the proposal or the desired date as stated in the proposal.

14. Delivery of the Policy
Your proposal will be processed within 24 hours from the time of submission and you will be informed as to whether your proposal is accepted within the aforesaid time via e-mail or through our Customer Service Department. If the proposal is accepted, the policy will be issued within two (2) business days from the time of submission. The policy will be delivered to you within three (3) business days from date of issuance.

The time stated above is only an estimation and PanGlobal Insurance Berhad shall not be held responsible in the event of delay due to circumstances beyond their control.
