I'll like to give my most sincere thanks and appreciation to Vivian Chong (Based in PJ, if I'm not mistaken). I've overlooked to renew my road tax and insurance earlier and everything had to be done urgently. However Vivian had made it so simple for me, I didn't even had to worry a minute of it! I got my road tax just in time today, all thanks to the her efficiency. Thanks again, you just made my day!

 


 

Pan Global do rocks!!!

Just want to share my experience with you guys on Pan Global Insurance...On Monday 3rd Sept 2007, I had met with an accident at the Besraya Highway on the way home from office. It was raining heavily and as usual, the traffic jam was terrible when suddenly a car hit me from the back. It was a “sandwich” where the third car, which came from behind was the cause of the hit. You can just imagine how I felt at that time before I had the guts to step out from the car to inspect its condition. Luckily it was just a broken bumper and the boot, which can't be closed.

At that time, I felt very miserable as I am not sure of what to do, which workshop to go to, the procedures to attend to and the insurance coverage which mean loads and loads of report to be lodged to ensure the claim is entertained, which had caused me an immense ‘migraine'…heheheheeheh….I called bro Amman for assistance and he's the one who has guided me step by step of what I needed to do…

The next day (Tuesday), bro Amman besides his tight and busy schedule still want to accompany me to the police station for the report to be lodged. From there, we went straight to one of the PGI's panel of workshop…PGI staff plus bro Amman have given their best efforts and care…I'm very impressed since I'm always in doubt about the capability of the insurance companies in the country. I had heard a lot of complaints of many insurance companies, which took a long time to process one's claim. The next day, I was given a courtesy car from PGI for me to drive while the car is still in the workshop…(it was Camry)..ehehehe..First time driving a Camry..not bad!

After 3 days in the workshop, I got back my car in good condition…The workshop made good the bumper…Fuhhh…3 days without car, no golf, no TT, etc was a big headache..hehehehehe…

Based on the above, I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Pan Global and his staff for the assistance, the care and the support. To Bro Amman, thank you very much for your guidance and help, terima kasih daun keladi, sampai semput2 nak berjalan, kasihan dia….hehehehehe…

On this note, I will surely support Pan Global in the future. Pan Global surely rocks!

A Heartiest Well Done - To Sheila from PanGlobal Insurance Care Centre Dept.

Had a flat battery today . Called up my insurance company who provided
auto-assist and was transfered to Ms Sheila from PGI Care Centre Dept.

Her work ethics with the frequent call backs to ensure that the mechanic
had arrived to change my flat tyre impressed me.  When I first detected
the flat tyre, I was very annoyed as that would  mean me missing  my
"Fantastic Four" movie and I had taken great efforts to secure the
tickets.  But at the end of the day, I think Sheila had performed more
than what I expected of her, that I wasn't even annoyed with missing my
movie anymore.

Thank you and well done, Sheila - you have just ensured that I remain a
loyal customer of your insurance company :)
