Mobile SMS Motor Insurance System (SMIS) is the first mobile phone
motor insurance system that provides free motor insurance premium calculation
and quotation and allows the purchase of motor insurance policy using the sms
technology.

SMIS provide free sms services to obtain motor insurance premium
quotation and re-quotation, customer to buy and pay motor insurance policy
using credit card. If you are a policyholder of PanGlobal Insurance Berhad,
SMIS service will send renewal notice to you and allows you to renew policy.

It is a very simple process to get free motor insurance premium
calculation and quotation using sms. Using any mobile phone with sms
capabilities and any telecommunication company that provide sms services, sent
a simple sms text message command to 32300 to get immediate response.

You can get another quote by sending either a
requote command or a fresh quotation command.
You should get an immediate response within 5 to 10 seconds.

Again this is also a very simple process. First, you have to get a
motor insurance premium quote. When you have agreed on the sum insured and the
premium quoted, sent a buy command and followed by pay command to complete the
transaction. The buy command allows your vehicle detail to be captured and
accepted for underwriting purposes. The pay command checks your credit card
validity and approval from your credit card issuer. |

You will also be guided by the
returning sms message to buy or pay. If payment is successful, you will
received an order number. The response time to the buy and pay sms command may
take longer depending on the telecommunication company coverage and the credit
card company system response.

Any persons who have a mobile phone with sms capabilities from any
telecommunication company providing sms services. If you want to buy and pay
the motor insurance policy premium, then you must have a valid credit card.
If you want to use the renewal SMS service, you must be a policyholder of
PanGlobal Insurance Berhad.

Once payment is approve by the credit card company, our Customer Service
Representative will call within half an hour to acknowledge the purchase and
follow-up with you for other relevant information.
Your motor insurance policy will be delivered within 2 working days upon
receiving full documentations of the relevant information from you.
And in line with the policy of sales fulfillment,
there is free road tax renewal services provided to the customer. If this
service is required, it will take another day before the policy and road tax
disc is deliver to you.

SMIS service offers insurance cover for Comprehensive Private Motor
Insurance Policy. Additional covers can be purchased through our Customer
Service Representative.

SMIS service accepts payment for motor insurance premium. The
insurance risk will commence upon acceptance and policy issuance and not on the
date payment is make. The Company reserves the right to decline any payment to
purchase motor insurance policy and returns the money received to the buyer.

If you are a policyholder of PanGlobal Insurance Berhad's motor
insurance policy, SMIS service will send sms renewal notice to your mobile
phone (this is subject to availability of your mobile phone number in our
database). You should receive 2 renewal notices if your policy has not being
renewed at the time of the broadcast, i.e. 30 days and 14 days before the
policy expiry date. The policy can be renewed anything time before the expiry
date of the policy.
