    Right to check policy. We believe that customers have the right to check the terms and conditions of the policy they have purchased directly from the insurer.   • Charity Auction - in aid for Tsunami victims

    1st insurer to launch online charity auction to raise funds to aid tsunami victims via the internet community. This is a collaboration between PGi, MSN, New Straits Times and Naza Group of Companies where proceeds from this charity auction will be submitted via New Straits Times to the official "Malaysia Tsunami Disaster Relief Fund".

  • Free Courtesy Car

    1st to launch enhanced claim benefits. Firstly, offering consumers free use of a courtesy car in the event their car is being repaired in an authorised workshop/stolen. Secondly, offering consumers their “money back” in the event that we fail to process their claim (upon receipt of full documentation) within 10 working days.


  • Free NCD Protector

    1st to launch a loyalty programme in the industry, offering consumers (who are safe drivers) one level (or 25%) of free NCD (No Claim Discount) protection for every year of safe driving, when they renew their policy with us, commencing January 2003.


  • Charity Insurance Product

    1st to offer a charity insurance product, allowing Malaysians to help, not one but four charities (MAKNA, Shelter, Kiwanis & WWF) by just purchasing/renewing an insurance policy, where 8% of its proceeds are channelled towards the charities.
