  SPACE offers protection against loss or damage to your home contents resulting from:
1.
Fire & lightning damage
If your contents suffer loss or damage caused by fire & lightning, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
2.
Explosion damage
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by an explosion or a landslide or subsidence that happens immediately as a result of an explosion, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
3.
Aircraft damage
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by the impact of an aircraft & other aerial devices and/or articles dropped therefrom, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
4.
Impact damage
If your home contents suffer loss or damage by the impact of buildings, road vehicles, branches, trees or animals not belonging to you (the insured)/your family members'/residents'/agents'/servants' control, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
5.
Water damage
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by bursting or overflowing from:
- Pipes
- Road gutters or curbing
- House gutters or drainpipes
- Bath, sinks, toilets, basins or any other fixed plumbing apparatus
- Washing machines, dishwashers
- Refrigerators, heating or cooling systems with a water dispenser
- Waterbeds
- An aquarium or indoor decorative fountain that holds 60 litres or more of water;

we will replace or repair your damaged contents.
6.
Hurricane, cyclone, typhoon & windstorm
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by a hurricane, cyclone, typhoon & windstorm, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
7.
Earthquake & volcanic eruption
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by an earthquake & volcanic eruption, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
8.
Flood
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by a flood, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
9.
Theft
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by theft, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.
10.
Riot, strike and malicious damage
If your home contents suffer loss or damage caused by a riot, strike and malicious act, we will replace or repair your damaged home contents up to the policy limit stated in your policy.

11.
Personal Accident
We will cover your domestic helper if he/she suffers an accidental injury that resulting in:
- Death
- Loss of two limbs by physical severance at or above the wrist or ankle
- Complete and irrecoverable loss of sight in both eyes
- Loss of one limb together with the loss of sight in one eye
- Loss of one limb by physical severance at or above the wrist or ankle
- Complete and irrecoverable loss of sight in one eye
12.
Medical expenses
We will reimburse the actual necessary and reasonable fees incurred in respect of hospital or surgical treatment by a qualified and registered medical practitioner administered as a result of an accident .
RM500 excess applied for each insured person.

13.
Replacement of personal documents
We will cover you for loss or theft of your personal documents as a result of an incident described.
14.
Replacement of lock barrels and keys
We will reimburse the actual necessary and reasonable cost incurred up to RM800 in lock barrels and key replacement if a key for an external lock to your home is damaged/stolen during a theft or attempted theft.
15.
Temporary apparel allowance
We will reimburse you the expenses that you had paid for the replacement of essential items (such as toiletries and clothing) if your previous essential belongings are damaged as a result of an incident described above (excluding theft or attempted theft).
