3 days prior to our movie screening date, we will upload a list of lucky codes into our website. All codes activated, would be in the running for the Free 10-Movie Tickets. An email will be sent if you are a winner and the winner list will also be uploaded on www.panglobalrocks.com.my at the movie link for winners. Therefore, please ensure that you have entered a valid email at the time of registration.
   
Only the original round flyer which code is activated can be used as proof to collect your tickets. Loss/damage or photocopies of the winning round flyer will not be entertained.
   
A winner of 10-movie tickets can only win once.
   
The Free 10-Movie tickets is NOT applicable for PanGlobal Insurance Bhd staffs and in the event of such, the winning code will be automatically disqualified.
 
 
 
     
 
 
Winners who wish to transfer tickets to another must adhere to the following rules:
   
 
1.
All authorisation must have the following:

An authorisation letter stating the recipient's name and IC no as well as the winner's signature.
. Photocopied IC of the winner.
   
2.
The photocopy of the IC MUST BE CLEARED. If staff on duty are unable to read the IC no. printed, they have the right to reject the authorisation.
   
3.
Authorisation letter without the ticket recipient's name and/or authorised signature would be rejected immediately and no correspondence will be entertained.
   
4.
Authorisation of ticket transfer that is incomplete i.e., without a photocopy of IC or authorisation letter will be rejected.
   
5.
The online seats selection service is not applicable to the person who received the transferred movie ticket from the intended winner/ticket recipient.
   
All winners are to respect the classification of all movies shown. TGV & PGi reserve the rights to disallow underaged movie patrons to selected movies with ratings.
   
All seats are given on a first come first serve basis and NO SELECTION of seats are allowed during the event.
   
NO REPLACEMENT TICKETS are allowed if you lose your issued ticket .
   
Thursday extras winners WILL NOT BE BARRED if they fail to collect the tickets.
   
All decisions of the event team or staff on duty is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
   
The confirmed movie shown on the website may be changed at the discretion of PGi at any time, however all changes will be communicated via the website.
   
A winner is not allowed to collect tickets on behalf of ANOTHER WINNER. *Except for online reservation where the proxy must show the online seats reservation confirmation page. Faxed copy is accepted but it must be cleared and readable.
   
A person authorised to collect tickets on behalf of another winner may NOT collect on behalf of more than 1 winner despite fulfilling the authorisation criterias. *Except for online reservation where the proxy must show the online seats reservation confirmation page. Winners of 2-movie tickets who fail to turn up will be barred 3 months from participating in our future movie events and other online activities e.g. auction and contest.
   
PGi shall not be liable in respect of any interruption, cessation or nons-execution of the movie selected in the event of circumstances beyond its control which include amongst others, acts of God, electrical power failure, riots, rainstorms, disasters etc and such shall therefore have no cognisance in determining fulfilment of our services.
