You need to be a registered member of PanGlobal Online. If you have not registered, please click here or on the left-hand panel of this page to register for a free membership. The registration process is very simple.

Once you have successfully registered, please return to this page and click the "submit" button to complete the process. You are now in the running to win a pair of movie ticket.
  
 
 
     
 
 
The selected movie title will be open for registration for about 1 week before the movie screening date.
  
 
 
     
 
 
No. We want you to enjoy the latest blockbuster and the screening dates are dependant on when movies are made available by the movie distributor.
 
 
 
     
 
 
We will publish the first batch of the winner lists (winners of 2-tickets & winners of 10-tickets) on Tuesday (3 days before the screening date).

If your name is not listed, don't give up, please come back again on Thursday after 3pm. Because we will publish the second batch of the winner list - Thursday Extra, where we redistribute the unclaimed tickets from the poll of 10-tickets winners.
 
 
 
     
 
 
E-mail notification will only be sent to 10-movie tickets winners. 2-movie tickets winners are required to check the Winners List online regularly to check if they have won.
 
 
 
 
Yes, you can select your preffered seats once the winner list is uploaded on Tuesday. All you need to do is:
• Click on the seats selection button at the Winner List page
• Choose your preffered seats
• Press the submit button
• Print the seats confirmation notice (optional).
Seats are available on a first come first served basis.
(Note: The seats selection button will be displayed on screen when the winner list is uploaded.)
 
 
 
     
 
 
You can print the seats confirmation notice by following the steps below:
• Click on the seats selection button
• Select movie & venue and press the submit button.
• The print button will appear at the end of this page.
 
 
 
     
 
 
No worries, it is not necessary for you to print out the confirmation page to redeem your tickets. Our staff on duty will have a report on the seats that you have successfully reserved.
 
However, if you are sending your proxy for ticket collection, then you need to print out the seats confirmation page for your proxy, allowing him/her to collect the tickets on your behalf.
 
 
 
     
 
 
The seat selection window is closed at 11:59pm on the day before the schedule screening date.
 
 
 
     
 
 
Yes, you can still collect your tickets at our redemption counter located at the cinema. We will give you the next best available seats for you. Tickets are given out on a first-come-first-served basis.
 
 
 
     
 
 
If you are the 2-tickets winner, you can only collect your ticket from the PanGlobal redemption counter located in the cinema.

If you are the 10-tickets winner, you will need to collect your tickets at the following address before 3:00pm on Thursday (1 day before the screening date):
