The Repairer hereby warrants freedom from defects in respect of materials or workmanship of the approved repairs. This Warranty remains in force for three (3) months or 3000 kilometers of travel recorded, commencing from the date of delivery of the repaired vehicle to the owner. No claim under the Warranty will be entertained unless it is reported immediately to the Repairer. |

| 2. |
The Repairer hereby warrants to repair the vehicle or to replace defective parts subject to the decision of the Adjuster, such decision being final. |

| 3. |
The Repairer shall not be liable for defects in the Batteries or Tyres, or for claims in respect to incandescent bulbs and spark plugs unless so supplied in connection with repairs. |

| 4. |
The Repairer shall not be liable under the terms of this Warranty: |
| |
| (a) |
for general servicing; |
| (b) |
for routine maintenance and adjustments; |
| (c) |
for natural wear and tear; |
| (d) |
for damage attributed to negligence or improper treatment by any person other than the Repairer; |
| (e) |
if the owner does not observe the instructions in the vehicle manufacturer's Owners manual; |
| (f) |
if the vehicle is used for racing or competitive events; |
| (g) |
for defects that has been caused by prior or subsequent accidents and/or due to any breach of policy conditions. |

| 5. |
All warranty claims lapse upon expiry of the warranty period stated in Item 1. |

| 6. |
This Warranty is non transferable. The terms and conditions of this Warranty will cease to be effective once the vehicle is sold even within the warranty period. |
