1. Registration of Member

In order to make use of the services available at PanGlobal Online (PGO) including Auction and Online Shopping, you will need to register an account with us. This site is only intended for residents in Malaysia only

2. Membership

Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended PGO members. If you are a under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our Site. Further, your PGO account (including feedback) and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registered as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.

3. Proper name and address

You agree to provide the correct name, address and any particular to contact you required for the proper registration and for the purpose of bidding and purchasing under the auction terms and conditions.

4. Publish winner

You agree to allow PanGlobal Online to publish your name as the winner of the auction for the purpose of providing information to the public, at the sole discretion of PanGlobal Online.

5.Fees and Services.
Joining and bidding on items at PanGlobal Online is free. We may in our sole discretion change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and the Site and all applicable taxes.

6. PanGlobal Online is a Venue

PanGlobal is not an Auctioneer. The Site acts as a venue to allow anyone to buy anything, at anytime in a variety of pricing formats, including fixed price format and an auction-style format commonly referred to as “online auctions” or “auctions”.

7. Identity Verification

We use many techniques to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us when they register on the Site. However, because user verification on the Internet is difficult, PanGlobal Online cannot and does not confirm each user’s purported identity. Thus, we have established a user-initiate feedback system to help us evaluation with whom we are dealing with.

8. Bidding and Buying

As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction (meeting the applicable minimum bid or reserve requirements) and your bid is accepted.

By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description so long as those conditions of sale are not violation of this Agreement or unlawful. Bids are not retractable except in exceptional circumstance, such as: when the typographical error is made. If you choose to bid on certain audience items or items that are restricted to certain audience use, you are certifying that you have the legal right to purchase such items.

9. No Warranties

We, officers, directors, employees and our suppliers provide our web site and services “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We, officers, directors, employees and our suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Liability Limit

In no event shall we officers, directors, employees and our suppliers be liable for lost of profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our site, our services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence).

Our liability, and the liability of our officers, directors, employees and our suppliers, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees you pay to us in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, and (b) RM 100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us and (as applicable) our parent, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising our of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Legal compliance

You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your bidding on and purchase of items.

13. Final decision

Bidders recognize that a sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of acceptance by PanGlobal Online. Such acceptance is at the total discretion of PanGlobal Online and PanGlobal Online shall have the final decision and selection of the bid without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

14. Payment

Your successful bid for the auction and/or purchases from Online Shopping, must be paid first before the good/product is delivered to you. The payment can be made vide PGO payment gateway online, or manually over the counter vide cash, cheque or credit card or any mode as defined by PanGlobal Online.

15. Costs of Delivery and Delivery Policy

The costs of delivery will be borne by the bidder or purchaser as advised by PanGlobal Online based on the charges incurred.

The delivery policy outlined on this website applies to addresses located in Malaysia only. If products are purchased for delivery outside of Malaysia, the customer must make their own delivery arrangements.

16. Rights to Change Terms and Conditions

Your use of this website binds you to the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without your prior notice, and your subsequent use of this site signifies your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions. We encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.
